Practice of the Network Form Use in Educational Programs in the Russian Federation

Abstract

In the article current state of the normative legal regulation of the use of the network form of the implementation of educational programs by the Russian educational organizations is examined. The use of the network form in the educational process is conditioned, on the one hand, by the discretion provided by the legislator to select the partners of the network interaction, provided that the contractual principles are observed, and on the other hand, clarifications in the law enforcement practice of using real models.
