The given article focuses on the importance of implementation of new models of cooperation of Moldovan apparel companies with their foreign clients. Applying these new models will allow for the companies’ new level of development, and getting more value added. In order to move to those new models, Moldovan companies, though, need to acquire plenty of new skills and abilities. It is cluster that will enable the local apparel companies to get those skills and knowledge required. The paper presents the possible model for creating the premier cluster in Moldovan apparel sector.
