Diabetic foot attack has an acute and serious presentation that represents a threat to the conservation of the affected limb, and even to the life of the patient, for which an urgent intervention is required: “time is tissue”. Once the diagnosis is made, a referral is made with clear routes and protocols and early intervention. It presents three clinical situations: ischemic diabetic foot attack, which presents with worsening of critical ischemia of the lower limbs; rest pain; and gangrene or ulcer, which requires revascularization.
