Dermatitis herpetiformis is an autoimmune blistering disorder associated with gluten sensitivity and celiac disease. We present a case of a 39-year-old male with histopathologically confirmed dermatitis herpetiformis, exhibiting significantly elevated levels of deamidated gliadin peptide (DGP) antibodies (IgA and IgG). This case highlights the importance of serological testing in diagnosing dermatitis herpetiformis and underscores the association between dermatitis herpetiformis and celiac disease.
