Based on ultrasound results preoperatively, uterine prolapse with infected necrosis was considered due to significant vaginal bleeding, prompting emergency surgery and blood transfusion. Postoperatively, pathology review indicated a misdiagnosis. This article aims to analyze the reasons for misdiagnosis through case review and literature review. Keywords: uterine adenosarcoma, UA, müllerian adenosarcoma of the uterus, case report
