International Legal Regime of the Arctic: Negotiation Process

Abstract

This paper analyzes the issues of the international legal regime of the Arctic. It considers the approaches of the Arctic countries, studies the mechanisms of international cooperation. The policy of Russia in asserting its interests in the Arctic is investigated.
