Migration, "adaptation"... and the state the forming people
Abstract
Large-scale geographical interstate migration creates sometimes that as accident is observed in modern Europe, reminding of great resettlement of the people, baring the burning issue of geopolitical and civilization level. Migration as the phenomenon, is dialectic, demands not only quantitative approach, but also accounting of quality, unique singularity. As a concept of science, an artistic image of art, sometimes an isolated fact, having reflected essential and typical, important signs of the studied subject, it is capable to reflect some significant summarized information on process. Event ranks, reflecting repeating, typical, characteristic - quite often give start to understanding, vision of relationships of cause and effect (resisting to apologetics of imperious clans) - to comprehension of a tendency, regularity. Migration policy as a result of the ideology directed to "compensation of a demographic decrease" in Russia in realities leads to replacement of domestic demographic potential, but not its compensation. With many other negative consequences. "The Arab spring" reflected considerably the man-made nature of processes providing multinational corporation with cheap labor at the expense of the interests of the national states. In the conditions of constantly growing interdependence of world economy increase in number of attempts of participation of organized criminal groups in this activity is noted. The tendency to settling of especially world capitals by natives of other countries leads not only to the conflicts, but also to regeneration of political and demographic centers. They not only cease to play a role of consolidation of the people of the country, but also provoke separatist and disintegration processes that leads to destruction of the national states. For geopolitical opponents of Russia a subject of "real socialism" as already "the fulfilled material", is displaced to a subject - RUSSOPHOBIA. It is necessary from the "liberal" vision of the situation, from level INFORMATION to move to the ORGANIZATIONAL level and STATE and LEGAL.
