Investigating the Role of Organizational Identity and Religious Identity in Preventing Corruption
Abstract
Corruption is a major and widespread problem in the world and is not limited to a specific group of countries. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the role of organizational identity and religious identity in preventing corruption in government agencies. This research is in terms of its purpose and its purpose is to develop applied knowledge in the field of organizational studies. From the perspective of the descriptive-analytical method, it is considered as a cross-sectional type of research. The statistical population of this research is selected from among the administrative experts, sampling method, in the form of random stratified sampling, 120 individuals were selected as sample size. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The research hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation modeling and factor analysis using SMART PLS software. Findings of the research showed that the identity of the organization is a strong factor in the prevention of corruption. In addition, the results of this study showed that religious identity deteriorates administrative corruption.
