Aortitis includes both infectious and non-infectious inflammation of the arterial wall. Infectious forms have a worse prognosis, necessitating immediate diagnosis and treatment. We report a case of a patient with prosthetic valve endocarditis complicated with infectious aortitis and multiple embolic lesions, ultimately leading to death.
