Current Situation and Training Strategy of Rehabilitation Nurses in China
Abstract
To discuss the current situation of rehabilitation nursing staff in China, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the rehabilitation nursing staff in recent years by retrieving literatures. At present, there is insufficient number of rehabilitation nursing staff in our country and the professional quality needs to be improved, they are lack of understanding of rehabilitation nursing, which cannot meet the clinical needs of patients on the optimal functional recovery. Rehabilitation nursing staff is becoming an important factor to restrict the development of rehabilitation nursing specialty area;we should strengthen rehabilitation nursing education, job training and team work.
