Abstract
Teaching in higher education has been a constant topic in academic life over the past decades. Teacher training programs in Romanian universities are addressing only teachers in secondary education. The present article is presenting two projects piloting project based courses and interactive methods in courses and seminars in order to achieve academic qualifications such as some strategies for critically observing the own teaching process.
