The material analyzed was part of the data gathered during external evaluations concerning teachers’ evaluation of their own work and involving others in its realization. The data were subject to quantitative and qualitative analyses. The research demonstrates that the most frequently evaluated areas are teaching methods, students’ attainments, and the assessment and adaptation of the requirements to students’ needs and capacities. Few teachers point at forms of involving other teachers in evaluation related to the research process. When they do, the cooperation mostly helps in preparing evaluation tools and gathering data.
