Application of 6S management mode based on digital QR code technology in the management of ICU instruments and equipment (基于数字化二维码技术的6S管理模式在ICU仪器设备管理中的应用)

Objective To explore the application effect of the 6S management model based on digital QR code technology in the management of ICU instruments and equipment. MethodsA management system, implementation guidance, and evaluation index were established according to the elements of 6S management mode and actual situation of hospital management and the digital QR code technology was used to facilitate the management of the ICU instruments and equipment. Two time periods were selected, from January 2021 to December 2021 (before implementation) and from January 2022 to December 2022 (after implementing the 6S management model based on digital QR code technology). The management quality of ICU equipment, the work efficiency of nursing staff, and the cost of equipment registration and management in the department were evaluated. Results After implementing the 6S management model based on digital QR code technology, the management quality of ICU equipment and the work efficiency of nursing staff were significantly improved, with statistically significant differences (P＜0. 01). The cost of equipment management in the department was reduced. Conclusion The implementation of the 6S management model based on digital QR code technology has effectively improved the management quality of ICU equipment, reduced the occurrence of equipment failures during use, enhanced the work efficiency of nursing staff, and lowered the cost of equipment management in the department. (目的 探讨基于数字化二维码技术的6S管理模式在ICU仪器设备管理中的应用效果。方法 按照6S管理模式要素制定符合医院实际情况的管理制度、实施准则、评价指标, 实施基于数字化二维码技术的ICU仪器设备6S管理, 包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全6个方面内容。选取2021年1月—12月(6S管理模式实施前)与2022年1月—12月(6S管理模式实施后)两个时间段, 比较两个时间段ICU仪器设备的管理质量、护理人员工作效率以及科室仪器设备登记管理成本。结果 实施基于数字化二维码技术的6S管理模式后, 科室仪器设备管理质量和护理人员工作效率均较实施前提升, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 6S管理模式的应用降低了科室仪器设备管理成本。结论 医院ICU实施基于数字化二维码技术的6S管理模式, 有效改善了科室仪器设备管理质量, 减少使用中仪器设备故障发生, 提升了护理人员工作效率, 降低了科室仪器设备管理成本。)
