Mental Health Intervention at Work: an Interactionist Approach

Abstract

The psychological aggressions in the work(exhaustions, harassments, stress, violence) havebecome one of the subjects of greater preoccupationin the prevention of professional risks. Additionallyto the necessity to know and to describeto the sectors and the exposed populations more,as well as to characterize the diverse factors incausal, also it seems important to debate thetheoretical and practical modalities of the usedinterventions. In an accessible language for theland professionals who question this difficultsubject of the mental health in the work, this textproposes reflection tracks, from the point of viewof the contribution interrelated between theindividuals and the organizations in the originof the observed professional sufferings.
