The aim of this study was to identify the level of quality of scientific research for postgraduate students at the University of Bakht Alruda in Sudan from the point of view of faculty members in the faculties of Education, Agriculture, Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Arts. The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year (2016/2017). The size of the sample of the study was 60 members of the teaching staff, who constitue all faculty members who supervise the postgraduate students of these colleges. It was a purposeful sample. The descriptive method was used and the researchers adopted the questionnaire developed by Al-Habib and Alshamri (2013). The study revealed a number of results: The level of the quality of scientific research for postgraduate students at the University of Bakht Alruda was high, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the quality of scientific research for postgraduate students due to gender variables (male / female) and the academic rank (associate professor / assistant professor). However, there were statistically significant differences in the quality level of postgraduate students’ scientific research attributed to faculties in favor of the Faculty of Education.
