For 15 years, employees of the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Dnipro State Medical University have been training interns of various specialties for the licensing integrated exam “Krok-3”, which is a complex dynamic process that requires careful study and correction. Separately, distance learning can be used as a temporary measure when it is impossible to conduct full-time education, with a subsequent transition to the traditional form. The methodology for training interns of different specialties in the “Emergency medicine” course should be flexible depending on the dynamic changes in the socio-psychological status of young colleagues.
