Stereotypes of medical professions

Abstract

The article presents the analysis of the Russian and foreign literature concerning the main stereotypes about specialists of medical profession. Their short characteristics as well as main reasons of their emergence and estimation of their relevance are given. The impact of such ideas on attitudes of population has been also assessed.
