Key Clinical Message Seckel syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disorder, characterized by growth retardation and multiple anomalies associated with CNS vasculopathy. We describe a child with Seckel syndrome who developed a stroke due to non‐moyamoya vasculopathy.
