Expand the comprehensive horizon of law generating spaces for new discussions

Abstract

The text presents an extension of the editorial approach of the Ratio Juris journal, taking into account the contemporary debates on law and legal theory that implies an open and rigorous dialogue with other disciplines, to understand the growing complexity of current societies, in middle of the processes of globalization with its asymmetric effects, and the social and power relations that are woven in their midst. It is an invitation to a plural and critical epistemology that does not run out on the paths already traveled by the hegemonic conception of law.
