This article provides the information about the problems of a demographic situation in regions oft he Volga Federal District, leading to the reduction of the population and her decrease in economic activity and it’s not in the economic interest of regional development. It is proposed in the Programs of social and economic development of regions of the district to consider a limiting role of demographic potential. The bioclimatic resources of the territory will be shown as an important natural resource from which depends the comfort of feelings and health of the person, working capacity, labor productivity and organism health.
