Rule of law in Sudan’s Three Areas

Abstract

The establishment of rule of law is crucial to sustainingpeace-building efforts in post-conflict Sudan. InMarch 2005, UNDP embarked on a major rule of lawprogramme in the isolated and war-torn Three Areasregion in order to facilitate people’s access to justice.
