ABSTRACT Swyer‐James‐MacLeod syndrome (SJMS), though typically diagnosed in childhood, can present in adults with symptoms like hemoptysis and may be misdiagnosed as other pulmonary conditions like pulmonary embolism. Bronchial artery embolization is an effective treatment for controlling significant hemoptysis in SJMS.
