Analysis of Equipment for Rescue Boat at Rescue Ships in Terms of Safety of the Victim

Abstract

The article analyzes the fast rescue boat equipment required in the fifth chapter of the LSA Code for suitability in rescue operations on the basis of the rescue action conducted by Maritime Search and Rescue Service. On the example of the mentioned action, the changes in the boat equipment were proposed in order to facilitate work of rescuers and improve safety of the victims.
