On 30 January, regular and new participants of the PB Discussion Club gathered in the Green Sitting Room of the Irkutsk House of the Architect to discuss the theme of this issue. They discussed the problems of the current state of architectural forecasts, the influence of the past on the present and the future, and compared the design and construction practice in Irkutsk and other Siberian cities and towns. Konstantin Lidin and Elena Grigoryeva were the initiators and moderators of the discussion.
