The limitations derived from the lack of sight can find with the potentralities of informaties on effective way to compensate blindness. For that reason, the learning of informatics must become a priority for teachers and specialists. In this article the results of a theorical and practical research are presented by the authors. Himself used scientific methds to provide a psychopedagogical syllabus aimed at suiting the basic tifloinformatics skills learned by blind students first graders. In addition, the main effects of this program applied are shawn at school Fructuoso Rodríguez, in Santa Clara, Cuba. Furthermore, the main effects of the application of the program at Fructuoso Rodríguez School in Santa Clara, Cuba are shown.
