Speed is needed in the sport of 100 meter short distance running. The goal of this study is to determine how the circuit training technique affects the 100-meter short-distance running outcomes of male students who participate in sports extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. This study employed a quantitative experimental methodology and a pretest-posttest group design. Thirty students from MAN 1 Ogan Ilir who were active in extracurricular and sports activities took part in the study. The tool is a 100-meter running test for short distances. A circuit training approach was adopted as the therapy in this study. following a six-week training period. This is shown by the fact that the paired sample t-test and SPSS version 26 findingsof the hypothesis testing produced a significance value of 0.00 with a value () of 0.05. As a consequence, the results are significant at 0.00 and 0.05, leading to the decision that Ho is dropped and Ha is accepted. Hence, it is reasonable to assume that high-intensity training has an impact on the results of the 100-meter sprint for male understudies participating in sports extracurricular activities at MAN 1 Ogan Ilir.
