Despite the advancement of Industry 4.0 and the growing demand for a skilled workforce, there is a gap in understanding how corporate education is being operationalized in digital transformation. This research seeks to fill this gap by contextualizing professional training for Industry 4.0. A systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol and network analyses supported by the SciMAT software were conducted. The analyzed database covered 49 documents and 68 keywords. It was identified that investing in intellectual capital is a cross-cutting strategy for the operationalization of corporate education through artificial intelligence, virtual reality, simulation, mobile applications, online pedagogical platforms, and social media, as well as partnerships between companies and universities. The findings of this study have the potential to positively impact various audiences, including researchers, human resources professionals, educators, and policymakers.
