MANAGEMENT OF RULERATED SANDBOXES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
Abstract
This article discusses the so–called regulatory «sandbox» (Eng. Regulatory Sandbox), issues of state regulation, which are actively used in many foreign countries. The essence of the institution of regulatory sandboxes is the introduction of a special legal regime that allows business entities involved in the development of new products and services to conduct experiments on their implementation in a limited environment without the risk of violating the current legislation. The issues of state regulation and management of them are of particular relevance, since a single procedure and conditions for conducting experiments are needed. A complete management cycle is needed to include the stages of designing experiments, preparing, conducting, and evaluating effectiveness.
