Noi cerințe legislative în domeniul farmaceutic veterinar

Abstract

The presentation below briefly presents the new legislative requirements in the veterinary pharmaceutical field, in accordance with ANSVSA Order no. 42/2022. The main novelty elements related to Retail trade are presented; online retailing; wholesale marketing; authorization/registration of veterinary pharmaceutical units; as well as the procedure for registration of importers/producers/distributors of active substances used in the production of veterinary medicinal products.
