The design management is an area that requires products for its management. The usability measures of ISO 9241-11 and the usability principles of Jordan establish requirements and specifications that can be used in designing of a design management tool. As methodological procedure, there was a case study in a design studio in order to get the information to understand the operation and design management needs. From the knowledge of the context of use and the tool aims to be developed, the requirements for effective, efficiency and satisfaction measures have been established according to ISO 9241-11 and later, from the principles of Jordan, were listed the usability requirements. Thus, it is expected that the tool favors comfort and usability of users in the context of design management.
