In the current context, the child enjoys a special protection from the main institutions of the state, institutions that actively participate in the elaboration of normative acts regarding child protection. Also, the entire civil society is child-oriented, given that it is vulnerable to various actions or inactions of actors in their lives. The notion of abuse is an abstract one, and the literature and the legislation in our country tried to clarify it. The statistical reports drawn up by the National Authority for the Protection of Children's Rights and Adoption are worrying because they show that, over time, it has been found that the number of abused and registered child abuses is steadily increasing. Thus, the problem of child abuse is not an isolated event, and institutions with attributions in this area must intervene in time to significantly reduce and even exacerbate these negative effects that can have a strong impact on the child's socialization process.
