Fear of losing mobile telephone and impossibility of phone calls created modern world phobia - Nomophobia. The aim of the paper was to show a new type of dependency that many people especially women, suffer from Display of how widespread nomophobia is among world population. Methods: Reasrch has been conducted in Great Britain in 2008, and DSCOLT PORTALA. In Great Britain 2 116 people, mobile hones users, was in a survey. Reasch showed that up to 13 million Britains suffers from Nomophobia. Results show that 70 % women and 61 % men suffers from Nomophobia. 77 % people between 18 - 24 years of age have fear of lossing their phones, lossing battery or having poor signal. Phone users have 53% Nomophobia; 20% people that was in a survey never turn off their phones. Conclusion: Recommend to people that Turn off your phone for an haur a day. While home , put it away and leave it. Next day do the same but this time for two haurs . Do so until you lose the fear. Once you get rid of anxiety your life will be better and fulfilled.
