Litigation management of people to quality management: a diagnosis to meet stakeholders

Abstract

The study aimed to diagnose the tasks carried out by professionals of a metallurgical quality production sector, as well as their perception as to the support of people management in the quest for quality management of manufactured products. It was intended to verify theories and their variations with the arrests of those surveyed by examining whether the literature is in line with the defendants practices on the procedures that compose it and the management of people can serve this interest of the organization in relation to processes. To achieve the proposal, were interviewed five professionals responsible for managing the quality of manufactured products. As a result, it was elucidated conceptual inclinations on certain literature definitions, requiring the support of the management of people in regard to the service quality for these processes.
