Argumentative processes are described in this investigation in order to solve, problematical situations according to the student’s cognitive and comunicative levels, observing the texbook structure and the discursive form of it. The study was based on cualitative investigation using an microethnographic design, which letting as to watch argumentative processes in the mathematics texbooks worked by the students. Also let us to see, the individual way used by everyone of them. On the other hands, these results let observe the argumentative structure as much as communication used by students, according to the theoretical scope from STEPHEN TOULMIN and discursive resources used like communication technics purposed by OLGA LUCIA LEON and DORA INES CALDERON.
