The digital transformation of businesses has led to an increased use of big data, which has been shown to positively impact customer loyalty and business results. However, the implementation of digital transformation and the use of big data also pose significant challenges. This article aims to explore the effects of digital transformation on the use of big data, e-loyalty, and business results, and to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with these trends. Drawing on a review of the academic literature, this article highlights the importance of digital transformation in enabling businesses to effectively collect, store, and analyze vast amounts of data, leading to improved decision-making and increased operational efficiency.
