Abstract

Relief and facilitation after hardship and suffering is one the central and core injunctions and teachings of Qur'an. It also stresses the precautionary steps to be taken for the blockage and prevention of harms and hardships along with some verses that how hardship should be deleted or minimized in severe and cronic situation. The above concept leads the formation and coinage of the juristic maxims of the redemption and remedy of harm or Injuriarmedium. Contrary to penetrated the Islamic Jurisprudence this short article peruses the Qur`anic verses and some exegetical writings made by the earlier commentators of Qur'an Regarding the subject matter.
