Using the main digital modeling tools Eclipse and Petrel (SLB) based on a 3D sector model, a study was conducted to optimize the processes of liquid hydrocarbon condensation in the bottomhole formation zone. Based on the results of the studies, it was found that the porosity and permeability properties of reservoir rocks and the technological parameters of the operation of producing wells have a significant impact on the radius of the zone of active condensation of liquid hydrocarbons and the saturation of the pore space. Based on the modeling results, it was found that for the permeability of reservoir rocks at the level of 3 mD, the radius of the bottomhole zone saturated with liquid hydrocarbons is 16.5 m, for the permeability of 10 mD – 11 m, and for the permeability of 50 mD – 6.5 m. The saturation with condensed hydrocarbons around the wellbore is equal to 34.1; 30.6 and 24.8%, respectively. The results of the conducted studies indicate that the lower the permeability of reservoir rocks, the greater the loss of liquid hydrocarbons. In order to increase the condensate recovery of fields, it is necessary to take measures to prevent condensate loss in reservoir conditions by optimizing field development, ensuring uniform drainage of reservoirs, active influence on the development process, namely, reservoir pressure, temperature, composition of the reservoir mixture and porous medium. In Ukraine, there are a significant number of gas condensate fields with a high content of condensate in formation gas. An increase in the hydrocarbon recovery of this fields in conditions complicated by retrograde losses of hydrocarbons during depletion is possible through the introduction of secondary development technologies, which include the cycling process and other technologies for maintaining reservoir pressure. Investing in the introduction of modern technologies for the development of gas condensate fields in Ukraine with a high content of condensate in the reservoir gas will increase their production capabilities and, accordingly, increase the final hydrocarbon recovery factors in conditions of sharp deficit of hydrocarbon raw material.
