Transformers are generally designed to operate in linear loads. However, in recent years because of the increase in the percentage of nonlinear loads within general load ratio, designs that can operate in these conditions are needed. Due to the harmonic ratios of currents passing through transformer windings increase, more heat is generated in both of windings and cores of transformer and it leads to decrease of operating efficiency. Another important effect of nonlinear loads is that it leads to an increase in vibration amplitudes, which causes a decrease in life core and windings of transformer. Vibrations in transformers can not only lead to noise pollution, but also they can cause both the nominal values of the transformer to change and the service life to decrease. It is possible to be able to fully conduct fault diagnosis and protection functions of transformers by not only precisely measuring electrical and thermal parameters like currentvoltage but also mechanical parameters such as vibration. For this reason, it is necessary to monitor the vibration signals of the transformers and to determine the limits of change under changing operating conditions. For this purpose, in this study, core forces were obtained by performing electromagnetic analysis under nonlinear different load conditions of an insulation transformer at rated power of 500kVA and then vibration values corresponding to these values were determined and the results were reported.
