Labor and market Regulation: a review of classic liberalism perspective

Abstract

This paper aims to review the economic implications of labor regulation, seeks to describe the causes of the labor problem, as well as suggesting criteria to improve the conditions of workers. We analyze the different myths and premises on which labor regulations are based and reflect on their theoretical hold.
