Nursing of a case of acute mastitis in abscess formation stage treated by needle stone therapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy (砭石疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗1例急性乳腺炎脓肿形成期的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a case of acute mastitis in abscess formation stage treated by needle stone therapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy. Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and nursing theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the pain symptoms of patient were relieved after the treatment of needle stone therapy combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary guidance, emotional care and daily life care were carried out to improve the recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例哺乳期急性乳腺炎脓肿形成期患者行砭石疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论, 采取砭石治疗联合刺络放血拔罐治疗并配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活指导等常规护理措施, 患者疼痛症状明显缓解, 改善了临床症状。)
