The Influence of Training and Supervision on Work Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence training and supervision have on the effectiveness of the work of PT. Daliatex Kusuma. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The sampling technique used Probability sampling, researchers spread questionnaires on 60 respondents for data analysis. The questionnaire is tested for validity and reliability, then a prerequisite test of the classical assumption test is carried out. The data analysis used is the technique of analyzing the path coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results showed that job training and supervision had a significant effect on the work effectiveness. And from the results of Test F simultaneously training and supervision have a significant effect on the work effectiveness.
