Abstract
Abstract: The reader of narrated Ahadith of holy prophet peace be upon him sometimes notices a contradiction among them. This contradiction is often due to abrogation, so that one Hadith nullifies the other. But sometimes it is not the result of abrogation. In which case the question arises, that what is the reason of contradiction in narrated Ahadith? In this context it is described that what are the reasons of contradiction among narrated Ahadith. Some muslim writers took this subject, but they did not discuss the reasons of contradiction with detail. There are seven basic reasons of contradiction appeared for this researcher through deep study of narrated Ahadith and Shuruh e Ahadith, but these may exceed the seven, these seven basic reasones are discussed in this article. These are: 1-Unknowing of the science of Naskh (abrogation) 2-Ignorance of Shariah's rullings 3-Unawareness of the context of Hadith 4- Unknowing of the etymology of a word 5-Unawareness of the known conditions 6- More than one background of Quranic Revelations 7- Ignorance of the details of narrations Following pages contain there detailes
