Interdisciplinary strategy aimed at overcoming school fencing trainers

Abstract

Studies carried out on school fencers' trainers at the EIDE "Pedro Batista Fonseca" in the province of Granma, to the undergraduate and graduate training processes with regard to injury prevention, showed that there are insufficiencies in the Theoretical-methodological order. To respond to this situation, an interdisciplinary strategy was developed to overcome school fencing coaches for the prevention of injuries. Finally, the feasibility of the proposal was evaluated, through investigative techniques and methods, which yielded the expected results.
