Análisis del tratamiento curricular de la Música de Moros y Cristianos en los libros de música de Enseñanza Secundaria
Abstract
This article reports the results obtained after conducting a study on the treatment of the Moors and Christians music (Música Festera) in the textbooks of the Valencia Region (Valencia Community, in Spain). Thus, we revised and analyzed the curricular treatment publishers in their different music textbooks collected folk music and in particular of the Música Festera, as required by law. The review of the curricular material that publishers edited and provide educational centers for the teaching of music in the secondary stage we reaffirmed on the little treatment popular music, musical folklore or secondary, teaching traditional celebrations while by law should be reflected in the curriculum of the community and, therefore, be worked in the classroom.
