Process of formation and development of communicative competences with linguo-cultural focus from English for specific purposes
Abstract
The need to improve the treatment of the process of formation and development of communicative competences with linguocultural focus from English for specific purposes is a priority task in the training of international business professionals. Theoretical considerations that support the proposal of a didactic conception that develops the treatment of communicative competences from the didactic-integrative and communicative-professional are offered. Encouraging the formation and development of communicative competences with linguocultural focus of English for specific purposes (IFE) helps to discipline thinking and to increase methodological action and professional skills based on the assimilation of ever-changing knowledge. This has for some time been the main task facing Ecuadorian higher education, supported by a pedagogical model that is subject to permanent improvement. The research is supported in the methods of documentary analysis, the inductive-deductive, the theoretical systematization and the analytical-synthetic.
