European Union fish processing branch is one of the smallest within the agri-food sector. The branchactivities are concentrated in few countries. The aim of is a description of fish processing in the EuropeanUnion in general and its diversification in particular regions. An analysis of changes in the fish sectorconcerned production structure, enterprise structure as well economic condition and financial standing.The analysis concerned the period of 2010-2015.
