An analysis of the evolution of creative tourism not only reveals the different stages of its evangelisation, institutionalisation, democratisation and professionalisation, but also the unique metamorphoses of its mediatisations and mediations (particularly digital). More specifically, this article questions several forms and models of governance of creative tourism in Paris (ostentatious or discrete), by studying the organisational choices and commitments of three cultural firms, whose project is witness to the diverse interpretations of this tourism, at one and the same time cultural, experiential and educational.
