Abstract

"Alliance of academia and activism – equality education program in Lódź" The paper presents the experience and results of an Alliance between academia and activism, concerning equality/antidisriminatory education, through the example of informal Lodz Gender group. It describes academic background of activists and trainers, such as training winter school organized for them by the Lodz University. It also describes, in detail, educational program conducted by informal Lodz Gender group. Moreover, it points out background of such alliance and its advantages.
