Neurosurgical help providing to patients with scull cover and bones defects of different genesis in Donetsk region for the period from 2005 to 2009 years was analyzed. 798 patients have been operated, 344 (41.8%) of them — with scull soft tissues defects, 416 (52.1%) — with scull bones defects, 48 (6.1%) — with soft tissues and bones damage. The results of scull bones defects plastics using protacril and titan plates and methods for soft tissues defects removing were analyzed.
