The topicality of the study is caused by the need to further develop the creative potential of scientists and young researchers and their skills of putting together and presenting the innovative achievements in a number of various forms. The main aim of the study is the investigation of sociocultural rationale of academic corporate culture and its models promoting the creative abilities of scientists in doing research and presenting their achievements. The methods used in the study: comparative analysis, linguistic analysis, document analysis, modeling and psychosynthesis. The results: the authors have revealed sociocultural rationale of corporate culture which is the base for the work of educational departments of TSC SB RAS. The paper demonstrates the implementation of the prevailing model of academic culture and the humanitarian approach in different types of classroom and extracurricular activities of the Department of Foreign Languages and in basic methodological principles of activity of the Department of Philosophy in post-university training of highly qualified scientific workers and development of their creativity. The importance of the forms of pedagogical work and creative communication within the academic community of Tomsk Scientific Center practiced at the TSC SB RAS Departments, which promote the innovative societal framework, is validated. The urgent and debatable aspects of the problem of selecting the rationale of corporate culture in an educational and scientific setting in today's Russia are noted.
